• Amara's Pov
• Don't be nervous, I was mumbling to myself while playing with the rose in my hair, Just ask him where he's taking you, he won't bite. I looked back at him, he certainly looked like he could bite. The hand that was previously on his thigh was on his head now with his fingers running through the dark strands.
• I cleared my throat in an attempt to gain his attention but I was ignored. I went back to playing with the fabric of my dress before speaking up again, "Thanks for breakfast today." My voice was almost a mumble but he still heard. He didn't answer, not even a grunt neither did he give me one of his symbolic glares.
