Chapter 66

• After we had a scrumptious dinner, I was trying my best not to exchange glances with Benedict but every time I try to look at him secretly, he would coincidentally look my way too which makes everything worse. While Sebastian was busy giving his speech in thanking everyone who came, I was also busy drinkinh my glass of wine. I wanted to distract myself away from looking at Benedict and what he's doing with his date right over there.
• Mr. Ned Hall, Sebastian's father who wore a good looking silver suit and tie, was around too and he finally went up on stage with a glass of champagne on his hand. He hugged his son briefly, patted his back and whispered things to his ears quickly, I bet he wished Sebastian a happy birthday. There I noticed that they both shared the same smile, a happy smile.
• "Hello everyone." Mr. Ned Hall greeted. "I am very happy that all of you came for my son's birthday and uhhh... I'm even happier that Sebastian attended this year's celebration."
