• Summer pressed a hand to her forehead and sighed. "Seriously? Are you trying to get yourself killed by treating your doctor like this?"
• Theodore let out a light laugh. "Well then, does this mean I can skip those trips to that tiny clinic? After all, my doctor is right here with me!"
• "Technically, that's true," Summer mused, pausing for a second. "But it's still a good idea for Joe to check your condition regularly. He has way more experience than I do—he can spot things I might overlook and fill in any gaps in treatment."
