Chapter 5 Meeting Chloe by Chance

• Aaron glanced outside the car and noticed a sixteen-story building that looked glamorous. The entrance was two side doors, leading to a central revolving door.
• This is one of the famous five-star hotels in Lagoon City, Dynasty Pavilion!
• "Let's go!"
• Aaron got out of the car and walked towards the main entrance of Dynasty Pavilion. As Aaron entered the lobby and took a few steps forward, he saw Chloe.
• Aaron raised his head and met Chloe's eyes.
• "Chloe!"
• Aaron looked at Chloe and was curious about her presence at the Dynasty Pavilion.
• "Aaron?"
• Chloe frowned.
• "What are you doing here?"
• Aaron was speechless for a moment.
• "I have an appointment here."
• Chloe looked at Aaron up and down, noticing that he was wearing a suit without any brand logos. She subconsciously assumed that Aaron had bought it from a street vendor.
• "Even if you were following me, you wouldn't have to come up with such a poor excuse. You were caught, yet won't admit it!"
• Chloe sighed.

• Celine also looked at Aaron with disdain. "You came here for the banquet?"
• "Do you know where this place is?"

• "How did he get in here?" Chloe frowned.
• Vincent also looked over. He saw Aaron sitting and smoking in the corner. "Who is he?"
• Celine waved her hand and said with disdain, "Oh, he's Chloe's ex-husband. Just a loser."
• "I'm afraid no losers can get in here, right?" Vincent was still smiling, but there was something in his mind.
• Celine pulled Vincent and said, "You don't know him. Don't be fooled by his appearance. That suit he's wearing is just cheap stuff. He can barely afford a meal here!"
• "I think he's probably here to freeload," Celine said with disdain.
• "Oh," Vincent glanced at Chloe and smiled slightly. "I see!"
• "Then, I can't ignore this. Such a person doesn't deserve to be in Peony Hall!"
• After Vincent finished speaking, he walked towards Aaron.
• There were only a few steps from the entrance to Aaron's place.
• Vincent walked up to Aaron, who looked up at him and put out the cigarette in his hand.
• "Do you need something?" Aaron asked.
• Aaron glanced at Vincent
• Vincent greeted him with a smile, "Hi, I'm Vincent."
• Vincent stretched out his hand, and Aaron shook it. Although he didn't know Vincent, Aaron was not interested in bullying anyone he met. Furthermore, Vincent was smiling at him.

• Vincent smiled. "Tonight's banquet in the Peony Hall of Dynasty Pavilion is exclusive and not open to the public."
• "I even took some effort to enter here."
• "Mr. Louis, since you can attend the Peony Hall banquet, you must have been invited by someone. I wonder who invited you, Mr. Louis?"
