• Aaron's eyes opened to find that he was in bed in his old room, and looking beside him, he found Zera sleeping soundly, on his arm and in a cute curve. He couldn't help the smile that came onto his face, and it didn't leave.
• It wasn't a dream. What happened between them wasn't a dream. No, it was as real as the very air in his lungs. They had found a mutual understanding of the situation, and Zera had forgiven him for his mistake. She forgave him and also brought him back into the room. He didn't want to think much about it, but he would never do anything that would make him leave again. They belong together like this, tangled up in sheets and in each other's arms. Nothing came close to it.
