Chapter 32

• Sophie froze and stayed unmoving for a good minute while the king continued to press his lips to hers, she couldn’t let him kiss him especially not when he was drunk again, the last time she let him touch her while he was drunk, he got her pregnant and currently have no memory of that happening, she pushed him away and watched as shock registered in his eyes, she wiped her lips with her hands and tried to get away from him but he pulled her back and once again slammed his lips on hers, she gasped in shock and he took that opportunity to invade her mouth and claim her tongue, she was hit with the taste of alcohol, she withdrew so fast when she remembered that she was pregnant and alcohol wasn’t good for the baby, yes it wasn’t direct consumption but she didn’t want to do anything that would harm her child, she put as much distance between him as she could.
• “Don’t fucking kiss me with that alcohol-filled mouth of yours,”
• She let out as she wiped her mouth clean, he started coughing, and she had no choice but to run back to his side and lift him up as much as she could.
