• When Nicole woke up in the morning and opened the door, she saw Colton standing outside with a takeout paper bag. When she snapped back to her senses after being startled, she was going to close the door on him. However, Colton was an audacious person. Seeing that Nicole was going to shut him out, he stepped forward and put his foot between the door.
• Noticing that she couldn't close the door, Nicole grimaced and looked at him. "Is there something you need? President Colton?" she asked.
• Colton smiled and raised the paper bag in front of her. While squeezing himself into the room, he said, "I'm here to give you and our son breakfast. Though, I didn't know that we could read each other's minds as you opened the door right when I stood in front of it. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought you were waiting for my arrival."
