• Soon, Kendrick landed at the airport. He walked briskly, while Logan followed leisurely behind him. However, the distance between the two never changed. Kendrick hadn't noticed Logan's expression. He was simply pressing forward on his own. He was extremely anxious now. After retrieving his luggage, he planned to send a message to Nicole, informing her that he had already arrived in the country. He held his mobile phone in his hand, unsure if Nicole would respond to his message this time. After all, Nicole did not reply to him the last time.
• Logan strolled over leisurely and saw Kendrick waiting for his luggage. A faint smile tugged at the corners of his mouth as he gazed at Kendrick, slowly opening his lips to speak. “Mr. Hofstead, even after walking so fast, you still have to wait for your luggage.”
