• I sighed, carrying the plates into the kitchen. I was not ready for any of his bullshit. I wanted to do the dishes and get to bed.
• I was already tired from trying to be sexy plus the clothes I had on were too tight, I wanted to get into something more comfortable. I was done looking sexy for the day, now I had to get into the room and look like a gremlin. It was time for that kind of look.
• “What do you want?” I asked, turning on the tap as I started washing the dishes. “Are you going to talk to me about how my clothes are too revealing and you don’t like them?”
