• When they arrived at the clinic they went up in the elevator when the doors opened Jenna came out fast, she asked where her grandfather was, her grandmother Carla saw her and joined her she grabbed her affectionately by the arm saying.
• "My child, come... here is your grandfather". They entered the room, when Jenna saw her grandfather full of tubes and bandages, her eyes filled with tears and she sobbed talking.
