- Rhys immediately cut him off, sounding impatient: "Doctor, I'm busy. You guys decide on the treatment plan, use the best medicine, no need to ask for my opinion."
- I could hear Kael's uncomfortable whimpering on the other end of the line, and Rhys softened his tone, saying, "Be good, take another sip of the medicine."
- Then he turned to the doctor and added, "Take good care of her, please. I'll make time to come see her."
