Chapter 10 Days Turned Into Weeks

• As the weeks went by, the weight of the investigation into my mother’s case seemed to grow heavier. It was as if every day came with a sad tale. I’m tired, drained, and lost. The past few weeks have been nothing to write home about. My life is such a tragic story. It’s been days, yet my mother’s killer is still out there, alive. Sometimes I wonder what the killer would look like…do they have a fierce look? Their eyes; cold and piercing, would they hold an intensity that can send shivers down your spine? Their facial features often appear ordinary, making it easy to blend into the crowd and remain unnoticed.
• They have a calculated demeanor, moving with a certain grace and precision. Their body language can be deceiving, as they can appear charming and charismatic when necessary. However, beneath this facade lies a darkness that only reveals itself to their unfortunate victims.
• Their choice of attire is often nondescript, allowing them to seamlessly transition between different environments without drawing attention. They may have a preference for dark colors, which adds to their mysterious and sinister presence.
