Chapter 24 The Familiar Strangers

• Anna was surrounded by a group of people, all toasting to her.
• Juliet took this chance to settle into a corner on the sofa, propping her feet up and messing around on her phone. Knowing Anna as well as she did, she figured it'd be at least an hour or two before Anna would remember she was even there. But Juliet didn't mind.
• After all, Anna rarely made it to City N, and if Juliet hadn't come to show some support, Anna would've thrown a fit.
