Chapter 10 Teach Her A Lesson

  • On the side of the art department dormitory, Juliet leaned against the wall and pulled out a lollipop, handing it to Lillian.
  • Lillian shook her head. "Do you really think she'll come?"
  • Lillian had no idea what the conflict between Juliet and Eileen was, but it was clear that Juliet had something on her.
  • Juliet unwrapped the candy and popped it in her mouth. Her eyes flickered with a hint of mockery. "Don't worry, she'll definitely come."
  • Sure enough, it wasn't long before Eileen, wearing a white dress with a light jacket, showed up at the art department dormitory.
  • Juliet straightened up and beckoned to Eileen. "Sister, over here."
  • Eileen's face was pale, but she still gritted her teeth and walked over. She cautiously glanced at Lillian, but her eyes were still fixed on Juliet.
  • "Juliet, let me explain. I really don't know who posted on the forum…"
  • "No need to explain." Juliet placed her hand on Eileen's shoulder and led her into the narrow passage between the two dormitory buildings.
  • Even though it was already afternoon, many new students were still coming to pick up their military training uniforms, so there were quite a few people around.
  • The more Juliet acted this way, the more anxious Eileen became. She wanted to call for help, but thinking about Moira's words made her even more determined to teach Juliet a lesson, so she forced down her fear.
  • "Juliet…"
  • Just as Eileen was about to say something, Juliet suddenly ripped off her jacket.
  • "What are you doing?!" Eileen stammered.
  • Juliet skillfully and quickly wrapped the jacket around Eileen's head, then kicked her hard against the wall.
  • Everything went dark for Eileen, and the next moment, she felt a sharp pain in her stomach, not even able to scream.
  • Juliet leisurely grabbed her hair, adjusted her grip, and slammed her head against the wall.
  • "Eileen, do you know why I didn't post Grandpa's will on the forum after I saw the post?"
  • Eileen nearly passed out from the impact, but once she regained her senses, she struggled fiercely.
  • "Juliet, let me go… you…"
  • It took a while, but Eileen finally managed to pull the jacket off her head and looked at Juliet with red eyes.
  • "I'm calling the police! Juliet, I won't let you get away with this… I want you in jail…"
  • "Slap!"
  • The sharp sound of a slap echoed.
  • Now there was a clear handprint on Eileen's face.
  • "Go ahead and call the cops. If this blows up, your parents are going to have to be involved… and mine? Who do you think they are?"
  • The implication was clear: if Eileen dared to call the police, Juliet would spill the truth.
  • Eileen's eyes widened in realization at that moment. Now she understood why Juliet hadn't revealed the will's contents!
  • Juliet was threatening her… torturing her!
  • "I'm the one who's their daughter! That old… Grandpa is dead! I'm the real Black family princess!"
  • "Wow, the princess with nothing to her name?"
  • Juliet held her chin, narrowing her eyes slowly.
  • The next moment, another slap landed.
  • Eileen's ears rang, and she felt too weak to resist.
  • "I told you last time I'd give you eighty slaps. I've already given you five a few days ago, and two just now, so that's seventy-three more to go."
  • "No… no… Juliet, I was wrong, I see that now…"
  • Just then, an anxious voice called out.
  • "Eileen? Where are you?"
  • Lillian, who had been keeping watch, said, "Juliet, someone's coming."
  • Eileen shouted, "Moira! I'm here, help me!"
  • "Eileen?"
  • A girl walked over with seven or eight tough-looking guys.
  • Seeing Eileen in such a sorry state, Moira gritted her teeth, pointed at Juliet, and said to the group, "That's Juliet. Teach her a lesson!"
  • When a few punks saw two beautiful girls in front of them, they hesitated a bit. But after hearing Moira's words, they exchanged glances.
  • The leader flicked his half-burnt cigarette to the ground and ground it out with his shoe, saying, "Hey, gorgeous, how about you apologize, and we'll just forget this whole thing? We won't make it hard on you."
  • "Tony…" Moira's face fell; she wanted to say more.
  • Tony's expression darkened. "Shut your mouth!"
  • He turned to Juliet and said, "Listen, we got asked to come here, so we can't just ignore that. You need to apologize."
  • "What?" Juliet raised an eyebrow, surprise flickering in her eyes. "How hard-headed are you to say that to me?"
  • She'd been around the Death God Training Base for years, and she knew how to handle herself. Those top assassins and mercenaries from all over the world had learned to keep their mouths shut around her—these guys were nothing compared to that.
  • As soon as she finished speaking, the punks were momentarily stunned.
  • Lillian gently tugged at Juliet's sleeve and said quietly, "Juliet, maybe we should just let it go?"
  • There were too many of them, and if things got physical, Juliet might end up in trouble. They could settle this later.
  • Juliet lifted her chin. "You hear that? My friend's pleading for you. Better get lost before I start throwing punches!"
  • Lillian, "…"
  • Everyone else, "…"
  • "Damn! I was giving you a face because you're a girl, but I see you're not appreciating it! Let's get her, boys! These two are pretty cute; we can have some fun with them!"
  • Moira smirked, "Eileen, after today, let's see if this bitch dares to act so tough again!"
  • Eileen's eyes welled up with tears. "Isn't this… too much?"
  • "She didn't think it was too much when she hit you. Eileen, you're just too nice, and that's why people like her bully you."
  • Eileen looked troubled but didn't say anything else. Instead, a glint of determination flashed in her eyes as she looked at Juliet. She thought to herself, "Juliet, today you're going to feel what it's like to get hit!"
  • "Juliet, what do we do now…"
  • Before Lillian could finish her sentence, Juliet grabbed a punch aimed at her from one of the punks.
  • With a swift kick, Tony went flying and knocked over several others behind him.
  • Lillian, "…"
  • "Damn!"
  • Tony hit the ground, his teeth rattling. He spat out a mouthful of blood and got angry.
  • "Now this is interesting! Get her!"
  • Juliet pulled Lillian behind her, narrowed her eyes, dodged a punch, and lightning-fast, grabbed Tony by the neck.
  • "Do you know that the laws of Country A just saved your ass?"
  • "Uh… cough, cough… let go… let go of me…"
  • With a loud thud, the punk leader hit the ground and couldn't even get back up.
  • No one expected this seemingly delicate and pretty girl to fight so fiercely.
  • Suddenly, the remaining punks looked nervous.
  • Juliet stepped on one of the punks' fingers, slowly grinding it with her shoe.
  • As the guy screamed in pain, blood splattered on the floor.
  • "Come on, keep going." Juliet walked over to Moira and Eileen, squinting at them. "You brought a few guys to take me on? Is this a kids' game?"
  • Eileen's voice trembled. "Juliet, I… I don't know why this is happening, I… Ouch!"
  • A heavy slap landed across her face.
  • Juliet smiled and asked, "Sister, how many of those eighty slaps do I still owe you?"
  • "You—"
  • Another slap!
  • "Oh…"
  • "I'm asking you a question. How many are left?" Juliet said with a playful look in her eyes.
  • At that moment, Moira didn't dare to say a word. Even when she saw Eileen getting hit, she stayed silent, afraid that the next slap might land on her face instead.
  • Eileen gritted her teeth, humiliation written all over her face. "There are… seventy-two… seventy-one left…"
  • "Nice counting," Juliet nodded.
  • Seeing this, a few punks helped the barely conscious Tony up and started to turn to leave.
  • Juliet spoke slowly, "You guys can run, but just see if I can find you. Once we're outside the school… my patience won't be as good."
  • The punks froze in place. They realized she was someone tough!
  • Suddenly, everyone's gaze towards Moira turned a little hostile.
  • Why didn't they mention that they were dealing with someone like her sooner?
  • "Eileen, what do we do… Eileen?" Moira was scared, shaking Eileen's arm.
  • Eileen kept quiet, her head down, trembling all over.
  • Just then, a loud voice interrupted.
  • "What are you guys doing?!"
  • It was a middle-aged man in a white shirt and dress pants, bald on top with a pair of gold-rimmed glasses and a staff badge hanging from his chest.
  • Everyone froze, but Juliet reacted first, raising her hand.
  • "Teacher, Eileen from the Performing Arts Department brought outsiders onto campus to attack me!"
  • Everyone else, "…"
  • The villain complained first?
