Chapter 94 Part Of You
- Levi’s POV
- She was slipping further and further away from me. No matter what I did, no matter how much I tried to be by her side, I could feel it—the invisible wall she had built between us. And I hated it. I hated knowing that I was the one who put that wall there. That I was the reason why Rina could no longer look at me without a hint of pain in her eyes. That I was the reason why, even though I was standing right in front of her, she still felt a million miles away.
- I wanted to break through to her, to make her see that she was still my everything. That there wasn’t a single day that passed where I didn’t regret every choice I made that led us to this moment. But she wouldn’t let me in. And the worst part? I couldn’t blame her. She had every right to keep me at arm’s length. I had betrayed her in the worst possible way, and now, I was watching her live with the weight of that betrayal. And it was killing me.
