Chapter 52 Gamble

• Without another word, Sara leads Rohan out of the crowded club and into the cool night air. They walk in silence until they reach her private beach hut. She fumbles with her keys for a moment before finally opening the door.
• Once inside, she takes his hand and leads him to her bedroom. The room is dark except for the soft glow of a lamp on her nightstand. Sara turns to face him, her eyes dark with desire in the flickering light.
• Without warning, she steps forward and presses her lips to his. Rohan is surprised for only a moment before he responds eagerly, wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her closer.
