Chapter 29 Faux Marriage

• Rohan stands at the altar, calm and a little bit annoyed. When he was marrying Kyndra, his hands were trembling with excitement and anxiety. However, with Rosalyn, everything feels like a duty.
• He and Kyndra married in a small chapel on a small island, with the sun setting behind them and the sound of waves crashing against the shore. It seems so magical, but perfect dreams like that are bound to be destroyed, and now he is marrying Rosalyn in a private garden with only a few colleagues from Rosalyn’s office.
• The fake priest starts talking. Rohan squeezes Rosalyn’s hand to make it seem as if they have a connection. It’s the same thing Kyndra had done for him to assure him. And so, they look at each other with bright smiles that seem like nothing will go wrong.
