• Maya quietly slurped on the smoothie in her hold, a pen in hand and eyes focused on the textbook on the table in front of her. Although Burberry's was fairly busy today, she'd chosen the booth far back in the restaurant, it was secluded and no one would get a good view of her unless they were looking very closely.
• Her first exam was in three days and to say that she was anxious was an understatement, pharmacology tests were quite difficult and she mostly had a hard time differentiating between the different compounds in some drugs. She took a small bite from the fries on the table and sipped from her drink again,
• Just then, her phone buzzed, the screen coming to life instantly. It was a text message from Jason asking when she would be arriving. She typed back a quick response saying she would be there in an hour. Maya dropped back her phone, returning her focus to the book.
