Chapter 48 A Surprise
- Her eyes were glued on the textbook in front of her but she couldn't make sense of the words. She willed her mind to focus but it was no use – her head simply wouldn’t function right now, so with an aggravated sigh, she slammed the cover close and let her head drop against the desk in front of her.
- "You okay, babe?"
- She shook her head at the question, not bothering to look up from the ground.
