Chapter 6

• Shakeera's POV
• My son was still sound asleep when I woke up. "My son is really handsome, even his mouth open a little bit but looks cute, he still looks so cute" I just smiled as I looked at him.
• Everywhere I looked at his face he really got nothing from me. He got his physical feature from his father for sure.
• I went to the kitchen to prepare our breakfast. Fried rice, hot dog, eggs, bacon and dried fish with vinegar sauce with tomato. The ones I cooked.
• I have also prepared the things I will use for work and for tonight's party.
• I just came out from the bathroom and my son is also out of our room.
• "My son is already awake, good morning Shawn." I greeted my son. His still rubbing his eyes, "Morning 'ma." Smiling he greeted me too while he raised his arms around my neck. To hug and kiss me.
• "Mama will just get dressed, then let's have breakfast ok." He just node at me.
• Soon the door to the living room opened and my sisster entered. "Hi buddy, good morning." Smiling, she said to her nephew. "Good morning Ate." She also greeted me. Shawn immediately hugged him and kissed him, "Good morning too aunt." He said to her.
• "Wow, it feels so good Shawn, you took away my tiredness." She said to my son as she rubbed it with a kiss on the face.
• I just smiled while watching them. Yeah, thats true my son really can get rid of tiredness. I only see him, hug, kiss, and then I feel relieved as soon as I get tired. This is probably how the child touches the mother heart. Its a Wonderful feelings.
• I went in and got dressed, wearing my gray pincel cut skirt that was up to my knees. And a white long sleeve blouse with buttons, and a pair of black strap sandal as my foot wear. With a light make up, I just let my wet hair hang down.
• The two were already at the table when I came out. And my son was staring at me.
• "Why Shawn?" I told him as I wonder.
• "Mama, why do you always look so beautiful everyday?" I was feel Oh because of what my son said, I did not expect his words for me.
• "You know why mama is getting more beautiful everyday Shawn? Its because mama is happy and in love with my one and only man, and its you son. Its because of you." I explained to him passionately. And he smile.
• "Hmmp, why me Shawn? Am I not beautiful too?" My sister asked my son and pretened to sad and hurt.
• "You too aunt but mama is more beautiful than you." My son replied to his aunt.
• "Like that?" She says here.
• "Yeah, why aunt you don't want that? At least you are still beautiful too." My son said. I just laughed at my him.
• "Anyway Shawn we will attend to a party tonight ok, I already prepare your clothes. So you have to be ready when I come home later ok." I reminded him.
• He just nodded.
• "Children's party Ate?" Shaina asked me.
• "No Ina, colleague of mine in the department's birthday. It's Mike, and they want Shawn to come with me. Cuz there's no one to watch over him later because you're busy. So I'm going to take him, they also want to meet my son." She just nodded at what I said.
• I SAID goodbye to the two after we ate, to go to work. I was wearing my gray coat and sling bag when I left the house.
• Exactly when a taxi passed by when I came out so I stopped it. I took a taxi in the morning but I ride a jeep in the afternoon.
• Twenty minutes before eight in the morning when I arrived. The guards greeted me immediately after entering as well as my other colleagues.
• I hurried to the elevator to get on. Many employees are also waiting for the busy elevator. But when I noticed a group of women, I stopped and standing not near them.
• I just led them in when an elevator opened. And I just waited for another one to open.
• "Hey, why don't you get in there?"
• Someone suddenly spoke behind me and he even put his right arm on my shoulder.
• "It's full." I replied to him and I know its Mike. Hes really like that to the three of us too clingy, but there is no malice. "HAPPY BIRTH DAY." I once greeted him.
• "Thanks Sha, later hah. You can't be lose, I will really resent on you." His face was looked sad so I just laughed and he behaved. His acting like a child.
• We entered the elevator at the same time as it opened. He still did not remove his arm from me. Even when we entered to our department. Our colleagues immediately greeted us.
• I just laughed when our two friends approached and pulled me away from Mike. "Its our turn Sha. You had enough time alredy." The two said to me. "You two jealous again, come on here move faster." Mike said and laughing to Marie and Kris while he wrapped his arms around to them.
• "Hey, you two we're so chldish, really you're acting like kids like him too." I laughed even harder. These two are really crazy. This is what I like about these friends of mine. They are naughty but in a good way.
• "Paging Everyone please proceed at the lobby right now. Paging Everyone please proceed at the lobby right now"
• Suddenly we all stopped as that voice echoed in the speaker.
• "Why do we need to go down." I heard one of my colleagues say.
• I was suddenly felt nervous again. I felt strange again that I do not understand. The beat of my heart was so fast that I can almost hear.
• The four of us went out at the same time to go down. The two elevators never stopped in lighting and moving up and down.
• "Let's just go down by stairs." I suggested to them. "What?" Marie and Kris in shocked reaction that the holes in their noses, as well as their eyes, were come big. So Mike and I both laughed.
• "Oh Sha! Maybe when we get to the lobby, they'll all be up here." Marie said to me.
• "Your kidding right?" Kris said too..
• "Will Instead of waiting here for a very long time, take a look at that. See?" I pointed at the elevator without stopping from going up and down.
• "Come on." Mike whispered softly to us. At once dragged us towards the other elevator. The private one.
• "Mike!" We called him once more. "We are not allowed there! Hey"
• "Rather than stock up us here until lunch, get on board easily." We still did not move. "What are you waiting for, my party? That will be tonight. Come on in, I'll take care of it don' worry." We are still hesitated to Enter.
• No one noticed us anymore. Until the elevator reopens. We are already in the lobby, there are already a lot of people. We are also in the back seat.
• Later on the elevator we were reopened. And from there a tall man in a three piece suit came out. A Very serious face full of authority.
• I was suddenly felt nervous again, and the strength of my heartbeat. That I could almost hear its pulse. It was as if I had seen him before, My mouth fell open as I remembered where. 'That's right, that's him. The man from Yesterday at the mall.' I said in mind.
• He walked towards the front. I just followed his gaze. Suddenly, everyone was fell silent when he came to the front.
• He roamed his eyes at everyone, as if he was uniting them one by one. Until he landed on the place where we are now. And suddenly his forehead furrowed and his eyebrows met.
• He cleared his throat before speaking. "Good morning, I hope everyone is already here now." Oh my, his husky baritone voice full of authority, and its so nice to my ear. "To those who dont know me yet. I'm James Arch Smith, older son and a brother of your Boss Jason Arth Smith. I know you are already informed by my father about his condition. So I will be your BOSS for the meantime until he become OK. " And a lot more he says, but I could not understand anything. I was totally distract with his presence.

• Suddenly I felt my shoulder was so heavy and it hurts. Thats because of Mike's arm on my shoulder.
• "Mike, is your body weight were all in your arm? Too heavy, My shoulder hurts." I softly whispered to him. The madman just laughed at me "Sorry." He said and even massage my shoulder.
• "Mike ha! We're so jealous already. Always Sha you just always caresses." Kris smirked at Mike.
• "Oh the kids envy." I laughed and said to Kris. But my smile faded, replaced by astonishment and embarrassment as I turned my gaze to the front.
• His dark looks at me. Staring was the right term. Suddenly I felt hot on my face, I felt embarassed and shamed.
• He just toke his looked away from me when someone spoke to him.
• But still I can not forget his reaction. I could not help but to feel scared and nervous.
• Fortunately, my companions did not notice me. And I just breathed as relief when we got back to our department.
