Chapter 25 Donuts

• SONIA’S POV
• The very next day, I’m closed from work earlier than I usually should because I have to be home in time to leave for Lunch with Anthony at Grandpa Alistair’s.
• As I exit the building, I’m grateful that I didn’t need to explain last night’s event to anyone, especially Sam because she didn’t even show up to work today. I figure that I don’t need to worry about James since I’m sure he realizes that it’s none of his business and he can’t exactly ask me about Anthony just out of the blues.
