Azalea walked into her room, her arms laden with a box filled with dresses. She set it down on her bed and began carefully rearranging the clothes inside. As she smoothed out the wrinkles in a silk gown, the door creaked open behind her. Startled, Azalea turned to see Ryan slipping into her room. Her brow furrowed in confusion as she watched him, wondering why he was intruding upon her privacy.
"Ryan, what are you doing here?" Azalea's voice carried a mixture of surprise and suspicion as she eyed him shockingly standing in the doorway.
Ryan swiftly moved to close the door behind him, his eyes darting nervously around the room. "Shh, Azalea, keep your voice down," he said, his tone urgent as if he didn't want Sarah to overhear them. It's obvious Sarah doesn't know he is here.
