• Margot let out a groan as she sat back on the sofa. Her eyes shut as soon as her back rested, her body giving in to the exhaustion. She had a rough day after talking with her father. Since she didn’t want to waste time, she had to do something to save the company.
• She was drifting to sleep when she heard her phone ringing. Fishing the device from her bag, Margot checked the caller before taking it, smiling.
• “Attorney,” she greeted, rubbing her forehead, her eyes closed again. “How’s everything going?”
