• It’s been a week since Jason became Kiera’s teacher, helping her to learn practical skills in business and rebuild her father’s company, bringing it to the glory it was before.
• And now here she is standing in front of the building of Gray Enterprises, second-guessing her decision to work here. Not just that. She also regrets her decision to work like any other employee here, not as a friend or his ex-wife but as an ordinary employee. And for that reason, she is standing all alone here outside the building, scolding herself for making such a decision.
