“I saw a tall figure in a hooded cloak jumping out of the window. I couldn’t see their faces, but they were moving quickly, like they didn’t want to be seen," Lily muttered, her small frame trembling with fear. The Alpha frowned, looking from Lily to me, and I slowly stood up from the ground confidently, dusting off my knees.
“This is a serious accusation, young one. Are you certain of what you saw?” Lily nodded vigorously.
