Chapter 1 Caught Cheating

• Pain.
• Hot blistering pain rushed through me at the sight I just walked in on…
• My eyes were as wide as saucers and my jaw was almost touching the floor at the live show before me.
• My fiance, Leo, was on top of my best friend, Alicia, pounding into her passionately… his lewd groans and her salacious moans reaching my ears, intensifying the pain in my heart.
• “What the fuck do you think you’re doing?!” I growled, my eyes flashing to my wolf’s as she threatened to come to the surface. The betrayal of my chosen mate and fiancee getting to the both of us.
• I didn’t expect Leo to cheat on me… I loved him with all my heart and was willing to give him my all.
• “How could you do this to me?!” I screamed, my voice echoing around the room and I hated how it trembled towards the end.
• I was expecting Leo to feel scared or jerk away from the conniving bitch after I caught him cheating… However, he glanced back at me while maintaining his position on top of Alicia and sneered.
• “If you’re not going to join us then leave and shut the door on your way out!” He growled, using his Alpha command on me and I flinched, my wolf whimpering at the stab of betrayal that shot through me.

• I couldn't believe what was happening. The man I loved just used his authority to command me out of his room while he continued to make love to my best friend.
• The two of them didn’t seem to care that I was standing at the door, looking at them. Leo turned to Alicia and remarked, “Don’t mind her, let’s continue.”
• Those words cut through me like sharp shards of ice, piercing my heart repeatedly.
• Alicia giggled and wrapped her arms around Leo’s neck before throwing me a triumphant look. Leo began to thrust into her roughly while she moaned wantonly, looking at me with a smile on her lips.
• I had no choice but to walk out of the room and shut the door. The moment I did, I slid to the floor, burying my face in my knees and cried my lungs out.
• It felt so painful.
• My heart felt like it had been brutally ripped out and stomped upon a billion times.
• How could the two of them do this to me?
• Is it because I refused to give myself to Leo until we got married? Is it a crime to want to wait… he used to be a fuck boy before our parents arranged our union, so I needed assurance he wouldn't run once he tasted the fruit.
• Leo is the Alpha’s son and so, he would be the next Alpha to the pack and since I was the Beta’s daughter, I was arranged to be his chosen mate and future Luna.
• It was no problem for me since I already had a crush on him. I had loved him from the time we became adults. When I refused to give myself to him until we tied the knot, he promised he would change his fuck boy ways and commit to me and like a fool, I fucking believed him.
• The moans in the room got louder and my heart squeezed in pain. I felt like I was being stabbed a thousand times a minute.
• Why did I fall in love with him? Why did I believe he could change?
• Everyone knew Leo Whitlock was a player. He had the looks, the title and money... which girl wouldn't throw themselves at him?

• I thought being the only girl he couldn't have could change his ways... goddess, I feel foolish.
• The worst part is that he didn't just cheat with some random she-wolf from the pack.
• He was fucking my best friend and they both showed no remorse whatsoever.
• Alicia was like a sister to me. How could she sleep with my fiance? What happened to being a sister's keeper?
• I don’t know how long I had been crying outside Leo's door but the moans suddenly stopped and a few minutes later, the door to Leo’s room was opened. Instantly, a hot wave of air hit me at once, the smell of sex wafting into my nostrils and it made my stomach churn.
• I felt sick.
• This was the most disgusting thing that had ever happened to me. I didn't blame anyone though... no one forced me to fall in love with a man who couldn't keep his shaft in his pants.
• A low chuckle reached my ears and I raised my head to glance at the female I thought was my best friend… she and I grew up together. I had her back and she had mine, or so I thought.
• Having my back didn't mean she had to satisfy my fiance's needs on my behalf. That's not what sisters do.
• “I didn’t expect you to stay here and eavesdrop. Do you have a fetish or something?” Alicia mocked and my stomach twisted and turned.
• She’s enjoying this. How long had she been waiting to do this? Was all her love fake?
• Of course, it was… why else would she fuck my man?
• Perhaps I was the only one who thought our friendship was special. Alas, it was all my wishful thinking. She probably laughed at me so many times for being so naive.
• I ignored her and glared at Leo who was wrapping a robe around himself. My nose wrinkled in disgust.
• “The only reason I stayed was to let you know I’m calling the union off. Go ahead and make Alicia your Luna-”
• A loud possessive growl reverberated through the room. Leo was in front of me in the blink of an eye, his cold grey eyes staring down at me.
• “Don’t even think about it. You’re mine, Jas. I let you be and saved you for marriage just like you wanted. What else do you want? For me to be faithful? I have needs and you’re not worth having blue balls for.
• You and I will get mated as promised… that’s not an agreement that we can go against. We got engaged under oath in front of an altar in the presence of the oracle. I’m not going to touch you until marriage like you said but don’t stand in the way of my fun. You will be my Luna, you should be grateful, so many women want to get that position,” Leo spat and then, he pushed me away roughly and closed the door in my face before I could make a comeback.
• A giggle made me snap my eyes to the backstabbing bitch that was standing next to me. I narrowed my eyes at her and snapped, "What's so funny?"
• “I'm laughing because you're so pitiful. Even if he marries you, you will be his good little trophy wife while he fucks me as much as he wants… I'm the only one who knows how to make him feel good. I will be the true Luna because it’s me that he loves,” Alicia flicked her blonde hair and walked away.
