• Aira's eyes widened because of what Gael said. He didn't know that he had the courage to say that in front of the doctor. A doctor who is a friend of his Papa's family. The doctor was stunned by what Gael said. The doctor does not know the faces of Aira and Airis because the siblings are not close to the Hillary family. He only found out that he was a relative when Aira introduced herself.
