Chapter 5

• Claire was going to and fro in her room, The men were supposed to come pick her up by 5pm and it was already half pat six!.
• She left her room and went to their guest room, Her step mum watched as Claire walked out of the house. Claire checked both ends of the road but saw no car approaching.
• “Are they gonna come, they better do. Wait what if they don't, I already quit at the restaurant, I hope they come" Claire said to her self.
• She walked back in, “just go relax yourself girl, nobody's coming to pick you up!” Mitchell said and laughed, Claire ignored her and went to her room, she locked her door and went to her bed.
• She laid down thinking on what to do next, “I shouldn't have quitted at work yet, what if they decide not to show up anymore” Claire asked her self.
• She laid on her bed thinking till she slept off.
• Claire woke up the next day feeling refreshed, she stood up and went to her bathroom, did the usual thing .
• She left her room and went back to her bed, took her phone and called Natasha, she told her about everything that had happened to her and asked her for some advice.
• Natasha encouraged her to go back to the restaurant and reapply, Claire sighed and dropped the phone after she had spoken with Natasha.
• She was now feeling hungry, she left her room and went to the guest room, she walked to the kitchen and met her step mum cooking something.
• Claire ignored what she was doing and went to the fridge , she grabbed a apple and took a bite, “ you didn't say good morning when you walked in” Her step mum said.
• Claire ignored her and walked out of the kitchen, she sat on a chair and looked around checking if Mitchell was anywhere around her, she suddenly heard a voice outside.
• Claire listened attentively and noticed that it was her stepsister talking to a man, Claire went to the door and placed her ears on the door, “i already told you, no Claire Damien leaves here” Mitchell said.
• Claire quickly opened the door and saw the man he's been waiting for standing right outside her door, “Oh there she is, your sister is quite funny, she has been insisting that I was giving the wrong address! ” The man said.
• Claire stared at Mitchell angrily, Mitchell quickly walked back in. Claire apologized to him and asked for some seconds to get ready.
• Claire walked back in and went to Mitchell, “The next time you try to mess my life, I'll kill you!! ” Claire yelled.
• “What's going on here” Her step mum asked as she walked into the room. “The men has arrived to pick me and your daughter told them I don't reside here, they would have left if I wasn't quick enough!" Claire yelled.
• “I'm sorry about that, it won't.. ” Her step mum was saying when Claire angrily stormed away, she went to her room and slammed the door angrily, she already knew her step mum was pretending to be sorry for what her daughter did, she was definitely proud of her act deep down her.
• Claire stared around contemplating what to do. She went to her wardrobe and started picking some of her nice clothes.
• She was finally ready after some while of preparation. Claire carried her luggage and walked out.
• She reached their guest room and met her step mum sitting alone and watching TV, Claire looked around to check if Mitchell was somewhere close by, she suddenly heard her voice outside again.
• Claire rushed out holding the luggage, The men were about to start driving off when she yelled at them to stop, “Why are you leaving!" Claire yelled.
• “Your sister here said you have decided not to come with us!" The man said. “what, you stupid bitch!” Claire yelled and grabbed Mitchell.
• She yanked her making her fall down, she gave her a hard punch on the chin and slapped her numerous times. The men quickly got down from the car and dragged her away from Mitchell who was yelling and trying to fight back.
• “what is going on here" Mitchell's mum yelled as she rushed out to meet them, She helped her daughter who's face ware already red, “Dhe beat me up just because I thought she rejected their offer by going to her room and locking herself in” Mitchell said almost crying like a baby.
• “What the hell are you saying, she's trying to mess up my life with her stupidity! " Claire yelled, she picked up her luggage and angrily walked to the men's car.
• “can we go now please " Claire asked him. “What's that" He asked pointing at her bag. “my clothes and.. ”
• “keep em here, we'll get you new ones. Let's go now " the man said and walked to the vehicle. Claire rushed to her room and dropped the bag, she quickly grabbed her phone and ran out to meet them.
• “See you later” Claire said and smirked as she walked her step mum and sister standing and watching as she walked to the car.
• They watched as Claire got in the backseat and the car drove off. “Are you gonna watch as she becomes successful while we stay back here in this stinky place" Mitchell asked her mum. “Relax darling, I always get what I want. And I'll get her all the money she makes!” She replied and smirked.
• They both walked back in to resume what they were doing.
• “i haven't properly introduced my self, am Bob and this is John " Bob said. “Nice to meet you all, where's your dumb Friend” Claire asked.
• “about that..” john was saying when Bob suddenly pinched him.“Our dumb friend is doing great!” Bob said and chuckled.
• “Right, I have forgotten his friends have mental issues too!” Claire thought as she watched Bob chuckled.
