- I went myself to investigate the cell Audrey had disappeared from. There was no sign of a forced entry or struggle and I checked for anything to indicate she had tried calling for help but there was nothing.
- “Did it occur to you perhaps that she might have escaped?” I quizzed Adrianna who seemed startled that I would even consider that a possibility.
