• I was done with the last paper on the table. I placed it gently on one side. I felt incredibly exhausted and hungry. My blue eyes went to the window, it was evening already.
• I was up from my chair and walking out of the door. I tried looking for Ria, Allen, Mason, or Jax as they were the only ranking warriors that remained in the pack, but I couldn't find them. So, I asked the first helper I found if Killian and the others had returned from the meeting at the council castle, but I was told they hadn't.
