- I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. I stretched out against the bed, loosening all the tight joints. I heard them pop and smiled as I threw off the covers.
- Swinging my feet over the bed, I slipped my legs into the pair of slippers and made my way to the bathroom. Today was a good day. I felt much better than usual and my head seemed clearer.
