Chapter 13

• Phoenix let out a groan in pain. She was still lying on the floor beside the window. She slowly opened her eyes, as weak as ever. She looked around and her eyes widened a bit at how scattered the room she was in was.
• " Axion must have destroyed everything " She thought as she tried getting up. She felt a strong pain run through her back, making her groan even in more pain. Just as she was still struggling to get up, she heard the sound of something shattering to pieces, followed by a loud snarl.
• " Axion " She exclaimed in worry. She placed her palms on the floor, trying to support herself, but her arms were too weak to even stand, making her slump back to the floor.
