In a sense, she was right. I knew that Dahlia was anything but stupid and that was probably why everyone in her family thought that she was dangerous. With what they had in mind, there was nothing more dangerous to them and their plans than a woman who had a mind of her own. I opened my mouth as I wondered what exactly I should say to her. The sound of a woman yelling outside the door thwarted whatever effort and will that I had in telling her the truth.
