• I didn't know when a loud gasp escaped my lips. The men turned their attention towards the door and I quickly dashed back into the room, my mind racing up and down and thinking of how to escape the mess I just got myself into. Did I see what I wasn't supposed to? Would I be killed because of that? Surely they won't unalive me.
• I held onto the piano, backing the door and trying to still my breath when I heard the door open.
