  • Most of it was varying stretching and yoga poses, which made sense for warming up and beginning the workout. Then he wanted me to lightly, and he emphasized lightly, jogging one lap around the field before coming back and doing 10 seconds of arm circles, 15 seconds of marching in place with high knees, and 2 seated leg lifts with each leg and 2 seated leg lifts with both at the same time and then a few stretches to loosen up after the work up.
