Chapter 10 "The Mediator's Victory"

• The confrontation Otto had dreaded came two days before his departure for Moonrise Academy.
• It started with patrol reports of Blackwood wolves crossing into Moorland territory near the disputed Copper Creek area. Not scouts this time—a full hunting party of eight wolves moving with the confidence of pack members who believed they had every right to be there.
