• The following day, Mr Bright reminded Tracy to hire the Property Inspector to conduct a thorough inspection of the house. He suggested that she hire Mr Ranger because he was thorough. Mr Ranger was a retired house inspector.
• Tracy asked Mr Bright to contact Mr Ranger on her behalf. Later that day, Mr Ranger went to see Mr Bright. He wanted to see the house.
