• Zoie paced nervously inside the playroom. It was 12.15 AM and Asher hadn't even come home yet. They were texting back and forth and he said he’d be there soon, but the minutes kept passing and there was still no sign of him. Until finally, the door flew open and Zoie’s eyes widened in excitement.
