• Daniel’s POV
• "Fabian?" I called out. Only his head and neck turned as he looked over his shoulder, but his eyes did not meet mine. "What's going on, man?" I said. He turned around, and as he did, I noticed his hands were clenched into fists. I scanned his entire body with my eyes. From the gleam in his eyes and the sweat on his forehead, it was clear he was drunk. "Did you drive in that state?" I asked calmly. It was clear he was upset about something. Something was wrong.
