- "Mr. Lombardo, you gave me such a fright!" she exclaimed nervously, placing a hand on her chest, surprised to see him there. "Did you follow me? Because if not, how on earth did you know where I was?"
- "Why? Wasn't I supposed to wait for you, Miss D'Santi?" he asked, with his usual mischief in his gaze, as he approached slowly. His voice was menacing...whispering.
