• LILA
• My hand flies to my neck to stop the blood from rushing out as the pain spreads all over my neck but it doesn’t take long until it subsides thanks to my wolf.
• “Ignore the haters, you’re stronger than them,“ she reminds me.
• The room is as silent as a graveyard as all the girls seat stunned.
• I wipe the blood as I rise to my feet ignoring their stares when the door burst open.
• “What’s the meaning of this nonsense, are you girls animals ? ” Sebastian asks storming into the room.
• No one utters a word when he makes his way over to me and I’m glad that I let myself trip on that bitch’s shoe.
• It was embarrassing but I know Sebastian loves nothing more than a damsel in distress so I play the part.
• “Are you okay ? ” he asks his gaze searching my body for other injuries.
• “Yes Alpha, I’m fine it was just an accident. ”
• “An accident my foot! you ladies came here for an opportunity to change your lives and instead you’re behaving stupid. Everyone out now!”
• I tighten my lips so my smirk isn’t visible when the other girls give me menacing looks and murmur as they leave.
• “Maids help this lady dress her wound and once you’re done bring her to me.” He says before leaving the room.
• I finally release my smile because the other girls enjoyed bullying me but I’ve managed used their stupidity to my advantage.

• The maid takes me to the clinic and the doctor checks me and she even commends on my wolves fast healing.
• “Wow Miss Kayla, your wolf is very strong. normally it would take other omega’s a day to heal, do you take supplements ?” the doctor asks.
• “No madam, I just exercise regularly,” I say the first thing that comes to my mind and she lets me go.
• The guards waiting outside the clinic direct me to the living room where Alpha Sebastian waits for me.
• “Welcome Miss…” Sebastian says unsure of my name.
• “It’s Miss Kayla Gates Alpha,” I bow.
• He nods unimpressed then points at a sit for me.
• He clears his throat,“I’m not going to waste your time. You entered this contest knowing the terms so you’re aware that I’m not looking for love, this is nothing but a business transaction for me to get access to my inheritance. ”
• “Yes Alpha, ” I say, not surprised by his tone. Sebastian was never the kind of person to waste time on pleasantries when he know what he wants.
• Even when we were once in love, he didn’t waste anytime in proclaiming his love before asking me to marry him.
• “So why did the other girls pick on you, did you know them from somewhere ?” he asks furrowing his eyebrows.
• “No Alpha, I was just minding my business when everything happened.”
• He sips his wine before sparing me a glance.”where did you study and why did you study?”
• I fix my gaze on him and hold my head high,” I got a bachelors from the university of Oxford, in political science.”
• “And how old are you?”
• “I’m 26 years old Alpha.”
• He looks me up and down for a second before he rises to his feet. “Then you’ll do just fine. I don’t have time to meet other ladies and since you have the qualifications, you will be my contract Luna, my beta will give you the contract to sign. He says before storming out of the room.
• I let out a breath i didn’t even know I was holding.
• That went easier than i expected and now my plan is in full swing thanks to those stupid girls.

• “ i can’t believe you get $20 million dollars as his contract Luna after five years and a monthly allowance of $300,000!” Nicolas exclaimed.
• “Now that’s what I’m talking about!” Andrea muses.
• Immediately after Sebastian left and I was given the contract, i went through it thankfully it was just four pages and in the blink of an eye, the wedding was set for the next day.
• Sebastian already made sure that I move into the mansion with my family which are just Andrea and Nicolas and now they’re helping me get ready.
• The hairstylist packs my hair as the designer brings in different wedding dresses for me to pick from and I know that the me of before would have loved this moment.
• Right now, i don’t care much for it because revenge is the only thing that is important to me.
• “I wonder who is going to walk you down the aisle,” Andrea asks as she helps me with my veil.
• “That’s not a problem, Nicolas is going to do it.”
• Nics’ scream is ecstatic and he jumps, placing a kiss on my cheek.
• “Dear cousin,” it will be my honor !”
• They munch on the dessert that was left for us until thirty minutes to the wedding when I’m left all alone.
• “Girl, we’ve come a long way, you should be proud of yourself!” My wolf whistles.
• I smile even if she can’t see me. “It’s all thanks to you,if you hadn’t reminded me of everything I lost due to this family, I would still be hiding.”
• “Hiding time is over, it’s time to make them pay.”
• I nod my head in agreement and reapply my lipstick.
• “Miss Kayla, the wedding is about to commence,” a maid says, knocking softly on the door.
• I pick up my dress and make my way to the door when I’m suddenly engulfed by darkness and a hand covers my mouth.
• My scream dies in my throat.
