Chapter 21 Chaos

• Bianca’s mouth parted, but no words came out. Her throat went dry, her mind blank. Everything had hit her like a slap in slow motion.
• Bridget’s eyes bounced between Chris, Ava, and Mr. Lockwood, trying to grasp the truth of what she'd just heard. Her brows furrowed as reality settled like a heavy blanket. She leaned in toward Bianca and whispered, almost breathlessly, “Bianca, look at the trouble you got us into. That man is the CEO!”
