• Sebastian's phone nearly slipped from his grasp as he unconsciously failed to respond to Aurora, until the call eventually ended. His demeanor had soured the conversation's conclusion. He was in his sitting room when the call came through. His dry palm became sweaty, and his heartbeat raced beyond normal. Was it too soon to hear something like this, or perhaps he hadn't expected it at all?
• "Who could have been secretly providing for Aurora without her knowledge? This person must be madly in love with her," he pondered. Sebastian didn't even realize when he walked over to his bar and grabbed one of the strongest alcoholic drinks, popping it open. He wasn't the type of person who enjoyed drinking, but what he had heard had demoralized him.
