• "So, today you're really going on a work trip out of town?" Deasy looked sulky on the edge of the bed, observing Lucas intently as he was tidying up his black shirt wrapped around his body.
• As mentioned yesterday, Lucas did indeed have a two-day work schedule out of town. Whether she liked it or not, Deasy had to accept being left alone again. It was quite a pity.
