• Beta Duncan leads me to their office while I struggle to keep my emotions in check. After all, we just had sex for the first time. I know they did it to protect me from the chire but that doesn’t change the fact that it happened and now I bear their mark. Does that make me their Luna? My thoughts spiral, doubts clouding my mind.
• Duncan pushes the door open, and I step inside. My breath hitches at the sight of them — Sebastian and Luciano — standing there, their presence powerful and commanding.
