Chapter 2

• Clang!
• Immediately Nicole stepped Inside the hotel room, the underwear of a lady was fling at her feet then followed by the moans of a man and woman which made her stop in her track. Wait, didn't Amelia said someone tried to molest her? But why was she hearing the moan of a couples inside this hotel room.
• But this was the room 266 Amelia told her right? Maybe it was a mistake from Amelia because it was very obvious that another couple had occupied the room.
• “Maybe it's the wrong room, I need to leave quickly not to interrupt this couple's love affair...” Nicole muttered under her breath, intending to leave before she could be sighted.
• When she had gone out of the hotel room to and made her way to leave quickly , she got a text message and it was from Amelia.
• “I'm fine Nicole. My phone battery run down before I could tell you this, but you don't have to worry about me any more. No one is trying to take advantage of me, it was a prank played on you cause you know today is April's prank day. So you don't have to bother about me anymore, take care. Bye..."
• After reading the message, Nicole heaved a sign of relief. This was something that she hated about Amelia. Amelia was always playing pranks on her, and even went this far using her life to play such risky pranks on her. Now that she was fine, Nicole just wanted to go back to work, apologize to her colleagues about the way she hurried out of the office and continued her work.
• But unexpectedly......the conversation she heard from the door of the room made her to stop.
• “ Jared baby, are you sure Nicole won't come here any moment and gets to know of our hidden affairs. I just told her not to bother coming any more that it was a prank I played on her. I hope she's still at work and won't bother to come anymore?” the lady asked him in a worried voice as she continue romancing his chest and kissing him passionately.
• Wait, if she was not mistaking wasn't this guy in this hotel room Jared Young; her boyfriend who she thought was still in abroad??
• Jared Young was her boyfriend of six years. In the past, their relationship were just too good; they got to spend time together after her work. Not until Jared got employed in a popular sneaker company based abroad that they had to be separated from each other's. Although, this was the most hardest thing for her because she could not afford to let him go, she had no option but to do so because this was the only way for their lives to be better.
• That time, she had watched him leave the country with the promise that he will always check on her, always be intact with her and never forget her which Nicole believed because she knew how he loved her so much. But coming back to the country without informing her, made her panic.
• He was even enjoying himself with this hotel's shameless prostitute.
• “Hush darling, I've told you countless time not to worry about her. As far as I'm concerned she is so gullible, and might still be at work. She would have gotten your message by now and so she won't come anymore. Just relax. But It's so funny how she will be still thinking I am still madly in love with her and willing to spend the rest of my life with her. We used to date but that was in the past not anymore. There's just one thing I am certain of which is that I love you and no one else. And like I have promised you earlier, it's you I will get married to.” Jared told her, as he also returned back the kiss in a lovey-dovey way.
• Nicole hurried back into the hotel room, and since the couple's was so focused on their love making with the bed duvet covering them both, they could not sight her presence. Luckily for her, the wardrobe was the closest in the room so she tiptoed into the wardrobe, and hid inside.
• From there, she began to listen to the remaining conversation of her shameless boyfriend with the prostitute.
• “But everyone in Q city knows of your affair including your family and sibling. Will I become a laughing stock then? I don't want a situation where everyone will deem me as a mistress. You know the Quentin's modelling company will soon hire me and I will become the most popular model in the city. If such happens, it will ruin my career as a super model, so you quickly should get married to me.” the lady said again. This time around, both of them had settled on the bed.
• “She works in a local law firm, so she won't be able to leave her job to come here. Moreover, she isn't aware that I have returned back to the country. Nicole isn't just stupid, she's so gullible that even if I ask her to place her hands in a burning flame for my sake, she will gladly do so without uttering any words. Moreover, she couldn't satisfy me like you do. She's fat, stinks so bad and very ugly and unlike you baby, you are very pretty. You have the perfect skin, lips and shapes. No doubt you will become the hottest model in the whole of Q city. I've definitely break all tiers with her and will get married to you. You don't have to worry about my family, as the only son and heir of the Young's family they will definitely agree to you becoming my wife and the daughter in law of the Young's family....” Jared said as the moans continued between the both of them.
• “Really?” she asked as excitement grew all over her face.
• “Of course baby, so just treat me well...” Jared continued kidding her cherry lips.

• While in the hotel's room wardrobe, it was like thunder lighting to Nicole for it was like she was watching a movie right before her eyes. Was this a day dream or perhaps she was imagining things? Someone needed to wake her from this horrible night mares.
• She scratched her palm until droplets of blood started gushing out from it. This indeed wasn't a dream right?...it was really a reality. This was a slap and a big blow to her face! Wasn't she the true definition of a fool? She thought she had someone that loved her, but instead it turned out she was the only one in love. Her life was played like a movie by both the protagonist and Villain.
• So had she not gotten a call from Amelia and decided to come here after work, this was how Jared would have continued making a fool of her. He would have continued pretending to love and adore her?
• What a big looser she was!
• Three years ago to win Jared's love, she had become a scapegoat. She resigned from her highest paying job in Q city to become his girlfriend. At that time, she had considered him her all and thought since she was brilliant enough and since she even won his heart, finding another job would not be hard for her.
• She had fell in love with him the first time she met him, and like luck to her side, Jared reciprocated the same energy to her. He was the city's most hottest boy that all the whole lady wanted to have him for themselves.
• Luckily Jared had picked her as his girlfriend out of all the girls in Q city which made her feel high above everybody. She did everything she could to please him. She went against her family, and even skipped classes just go be with him.
• When Nicole got the opportunity of going abroad to further her education, she bluntly refused just to be with him.
• But how could she not realize that she was being played all the time. Couldn't he have just told her that he never really loved her? ....
• Worst still, the reason why she ended up working in a local law firm after college was because she could not get a good job after loosing her first highest paying job. She had fantasize how Jared would sow higher working in the sneaker company abroad, would come to marry her and give her a good life, but alas! This was only but a dream. A big one!
• Before travelling abroad, Jared had tried to sleep with her, but Nicole had remained adamant and strong headed, saying they could only get intimate after marriage which he agreed without hesitation but now, it turned out that he couldn't keep to his promise. It broke her heart to see that the same Jared Young she ever loved and planned a future with could shatter her heart into tiny pieces.
• “I will make preparations for our wedding then darling....” the lady said again to him. Nicole could do nothing, but watched those two bitch and scumbag make out before her kissing and moaning......
• But the lady with him, why did her voice sound familiar to Nicole? This was no coincidence, owning to the fact that the person Jared was with, was probably some one she knew. She just needed to see who managed to win his heart after her afterall.
• With that in mind, Nicole silently opened the door of the wardrobe in fear and prayers. When it was obvious none of the couples noticed her presence, she quickly tiptoed to the very spot where she was sure they were trapped in their sexual fantasies.
