Chapter 16 Welcome To The Brotherhood, Centurion

  • That night was restless and full of fear. I couldn't even shut my eyes as I was too scared to even try as visions of Rivet getting torn up, coffins moving and mysterious apparitions haunted me. However, my tired body slowly surrendered to slumber a few minutes later as I had no energy reserves left. It was a long, stressful night after all. That lasted for what seemed like a few hours until my eyes snapped awake after a macabre vision that penetrated my psyche. "I KNOW YOU AREN'T SLEEPING!" my ears have repeated as visions of bloody walls, abandoned hospitals and aggressive abominations grabbed for me.
  • Leaping out of bed in cold sweat; my heart was in my throat, my appartment didn't feel like home anymore. Something was out of place and someone else was here. "This appartment is no good." My grandmother's words suddenly echoed in my head. While she was a bit out of synch with the modern world; she was rarely wrong when she predicted bad omens and vibes. Ever since I moved here, I seen strange visions but only in my dreams. Now, those images feel real. The rooms are coming alive and I have nowhere to hide.
  • Whatever lived here with me has finally decided to show itself as I heard sounds in my kitchen; as if a young girl was crying into her hands. I carefully approached the area and indeed; someone sat at the table. It was a woman of average height; her fashion sense stuck in the early 2000s and long dark hair. She was quietly sobbing into her hands.
