• The courtyard remained in a stifling silence after the call with Alpha Diablo. Beta Ryan, the tension evident in his every step, cautiously approached my father. His question hung heavily in the air, "You know he's going to find out eventually. What are we going to do, Alpha?"
• "Shut up, let me think," my father barked impatiently, his forehead beaded with sweat as the weight of the situation pressed down on us.
