• “What did you say was the reason Miss Roselyn hasn’t come to see me since I woke up from my long rest?” I asked Jace this morning, as I prepared to be discharged from the hospital, having recovered considerably from the accident.
• “She used to come in early every morning,” He began, “and stayed by your bedside until it was almost time for your parents and Harper to arrive. But she stopped after the day Harper caught her here, returning the access card I gave her. Since then, I haven’t heard from her.”
