Chapter 7 The Beauty

• Chris's POV:
• Our eyes met and she looked away.
• Why was she staring at me in the first place?
• This girl doesn't listen one bit,she's trying to give me an excuse to punish her which I will gladly do.
• Should I punish her?
• What evidence do I have that she was actually looking at me?
• Do I now need evidence to punish someone? What am I even thinking about?
• The only thing in my mind is how to punish people, I really have a problem.
• "She looks beautiful chris'' Stephen said.
• As if he was the only one seeing her.
• Everyone looks lovely and beautiful to Stephen. I won't be surprised if he tells me he's marrying a pimp one day because he likes them a lot .
• "Who?'' I asked .
• "That maid??" he said and pointed at her.
• He is saying Ezra is beautiful ,but he didn't see her beauty when she was dirty and ugly, am sure he was disgusted but now she's pretty ,men are unbelievable sometimes is a pretty face the only thing they look at when looking at a woman.
• "Oh "I replied.
• "Is she new?" He asked curiously.
• Does he want to flirt here,am I won't be surprised if that's why he was asking, am sure all the masters are used to his behavior by now.
• Where did I get such a friend that is so unlike me,they say opposites attract? I really do not like this, what did I do wrong??
• "She is the maid that saved Evan"I said .
• "That's a lie'' Stephen said.
• Is there a reason I would lie to him ,why is he suddenly calling me a liar?
• This man drives me nuts with the words that come out of his mouth,but I am calm and better than him so I will keep my cool .
• "Maybe if you had eyes you would have seen that" I said and sipped my drink.
• "She is quite pretty,''Felix (a master) said.
• "Can I have her?''He asked.
• I didn't know that master Felix fancied young ladies,he is married and his son is a fine young man ,so why's he interested in a young lady?
• I guess it's another thing I need to add to the list of things I don't know about him.
• "You know the answer already," I said.
• Master Felix laughed.
• He knows that I don't give my maids out under any circumstance .
• "Felix don't try saying that again I saw her first" Stephen said. Stephen can do anything just to have a lady, but he never puts such energy in his academics, or learning how to be a master,no wonder his father bosses him around.
• And he can do nothing about it.
• "Hump Jack, call her," Stephen told his guard.
• "Is there a need for that Stephen, she's busy" I said.
• Calling a maid here is Stephen serious,this is a place masters stay has no respect?
• While I guess Stephen no one would say anything since they know what he's like.
• "I need a drink " he said and winked at me.
• This is just great he's going to start flirting in front of the masters.
• "I will tell your father, " master Felix said.
• "He can only see me when I get home he isn't here" Stephen said and stuck out his tongue at master Felix.
• What is this man doing?
• Doesn't he know he shouldn't act like this in public?
• "You are so immature," master Felix told him.
• "That's not your business old man," Stephen replied.
• He just called master Felix an old man.
• Why is he insulting him?
• "Stephen, please behave," I said.
• "He's so irresponsible and doesn't know how to speak to his elders," master Felix said.
• "You started it, why did you bring my father into this?" Stephen asked him.
• "I will definitely tell him of how disrespectful you are as well" master Felix said.
• "Master Felix there's no need to go so far am sorry let bygone be bygone ,you know you still look like a handsome young man." Stephen smiled .
• Oh he's trying to sugar talk to him .
• What is all this?
• "And you are irresponsible,"Master Felix said.
• "I know I know I am,so.....we are ok?" Stephen asked.
• "I don't have a problem with you," master Felix said.
• Stephen always has his ways of getting out of trouble ,if master Felix didn't agree he would bother him until he promises not to tell his father of it.
• That's why master Felix agreed.
• Jack went and called Ezra and she followed him instantly,she walked nervously.
• "You sent for me, master" she said .
• "Yes I did.....I need a drink."Stephen said smiling at her.
• She gave him a drink. Felix was taking a proper look at her and so did Stephen.
• These two should walk hand in hand as professional womanizers. I didn't care since it doesn't concern me ,but I haven't seen this side of master Felix before after all he is married and old.
• I won't call him old but he really is old and has gray hair ,he has a lot of mistresses ,if he plans on taking another one.
• "So.... have we met before?" Stephen asked her.
• "Yes master, I saw you once at the dinning," she replied.
• "You weren't joking," Stephen said to me. I didn't want to reply because I don't want to be a part of this conversation,but did he seriously think I was lying to him?
• What reason do I have to lie?
• I have no connection to her whatsoever.
• "You look.... Different... Beautiful and breathtaking I couldn't help but stare " he smiled.
• She looked down.
• He's actually flirting with her here in front of me.
• All I could do was sigh and act as if I wasn't here.
• All these compliments were to woo her.
• "Thank you master" she replied
• "What's your name?"Stephen asked.
• He's definitely flirting with her ,but she can't do anything even if she doesn't like it.
• "E.....ezra" she replied nervously.
• "The name is as lovely as the owner,am I not right?" Stephen asked master Felix.
• "You are definitely right, looking at her up close, she's a true beauty," Master Felix replied.
• I thought he was angry a minute ago.
• He was flirting with her,she seemed uncomfortable with it.
• "You have beautiful maids here Chris, are you sure you are not willing to make a trade?" Master Felix asked.
• "Master Felix please stay out of this" Stephen smiled at him .
• "Stephen watch the way you speak to master Felix" I said.
• "Alright alright he owes me" Stephen said.
• Owes him what?
• "I am not making any trade master Felix." I said.
• "That's alright Stephen is already captivated by her I won't want to start a fight with this flirt" master Felix said.
• "Am nor a flirt master Felix" Stephen said.
• Will a flirt ever admit he is a flirt .
• "Yea I am sure you are not ,you are such a diligent man that only works where there are women," master Felix said sarcastically.
• "Am I making you uncomfortable?" He asked her.
• He just noticed that now she has been uncomfortable from the start.
• "No master," she replied.
• "No need to hide it,"Stephen told her.
• "Leave the poor girl alone," Felix told Stephen.
• "Master Felix I thought you said you left to get to me" Stephen said.
• "She's uncomfortable, can't you see that," Master Felix replied.
• "I know that but she isn't complaining.... Are you uncomfortable, Ezra?" Stephen asked her.
• "I'm not uncomfortable master ,I assure you." She replied.
• Even if she was uncomfortable she wouldn't admit it ,she was in front of a master.
• Is he actually talking about that in front of her,as if they want to buy her.
• I have had enough of this.
• "You can go, " I said.
• "Thank you master" she said and hurriedly left.
• "Wait!!!! !" Stephen shouted but she was faster than his voice.
• He turned to be annoyed,I just ruined his game.
• "Chris, you must ruin everything,"he said.
• I smiled.
• I like ruining his games.
• He rolled his eyes and folded his arms,he acted like a kid sometimes.
• In my definition is still a kid growing up and his still fascinated by interesting things that could hurt him if care is not taken.
• "You can't stop me from meeting her"
• He said.
• Why would I even stop him?
• It's not my concern as long as he does not do it in front of me we are fine.
• I must say she actually looked decent for once ......Nora taught her well or did she decide to change for herself, well it doesn't matter it's all well.........
• I didn't see her again,she must have gone back to the kitchen to hide from Stephen and his devious ways.
• I wonder when Stephen will realize that he needs to change because he will be a master someday. He has the luxury of having a father and all he does is play around and act like a kid,flirt with every woman in sight and gamble his life away.
• Everyone changes so I know he will change in the future. I just hope things are always smooth for him, my dear friend after all. I saw him laughing. I guess one shouldn't worry much and just live in the moment. If I could do that I would be so happy, life is full of surprises ,ups and downs but when you are strong nothing can bring you down.
